We stand behind the window treatments we put in your home. Hunter Douglas products purchased from Blind Builders will be covered under a lifetime limited warranty, with the understanding that:

• In-home repairs are covered for the first 3 years
• Service call fees for time and labor will apply after the first 3 years of purchase starting at $75 for restring and basic repair
• Additional fees apply for oversize, Top Down/Bottom Up, motorized, PowerView®, multiple blinds and/or multiple trips
• Blinds and shades needing repair can be brought into our store at no charge* any time after the first 3 years of purchase
• Depending on the repair and/or if parts are needed, services can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks
• Parts and/or fabrics are still available and not discontinued
• PowerView® parts and components are covered by Hunter Douglas for 5 years

*Fees from Hunter Douglas will apply for shipping/processing and for blinds and shades that need to be sent back to Hunter Douglas for repair, including restrings after 7 years.

For Hunter Douglas Blinds and Shades Purchased Elsewhere, or Not By the Original Purchaser, We Are Happy to Assist You With Repairs:

• Repairs must be dropped off to our showroom
• Repairs must be dusted off before being dropped off
• In-store restrings and basic repair start at $75
• Additional fees apply for oversize, Top Down/Bottom Up, motorized, PowerView® and/or multiple blinds
• Additional fees apply if it needs to be sent back to Hunter Douglas
• We are unable to travel to the home for any Hunter Douglas blinds or shades not purchased through us and by the original purchaser
• Depending on the repair and/or if parts are needed, services typically take anywhere from 3-6 weeks

Note: We have the right to refuse service at our discretion, based on the condition, cleanliness, and availability of materials, components, and parts. Please see the lifetime limited warranty for more details and exclusions.

Cleaning
